Requirements for Cylinder Inspection
To ensure the inspection runs smoothly, cylinders must be delivered as follows:

Without attachments (no nets, feet or other structures), we help with dismantling

Only the cylinder with the valve mounted
-
Proper labeling
Non-compliant cylinders may lead to delays.
Process
The date is always on a Thursday according to the schedule.
1. Registration
Please register cylinders as early as possible.
Capacity is sometimes fully booked up to four weeks in advance.
2. Drop-off
Cylinders must be dropped off at least one week before the appointment, meaning by the Thursday before at the latest.
3. Processing & Documentation
Cylinders are digitally registered and labeled with a barcode.
Processing is carried out according to the respective inspection due.
4. Filling
Cylinders are of course filled with air from our certified filling station when picked up.
4. Pick-up
Cylinders are usually ready for pick-up the following Monday.
Which inspection will be carried out?
The type of inspection depends on the current inspection status of the cylinder:

Unclear status or missing stamp: Mandatory inspection

Clearly recognizable due date for a visual inspection: Visual inspection

Visual inspection overdue by more than 1 year: Mandatory inspection
How do I know what’s due next?
You can identify the type of inspection due next from the sticker:
The punched letter F on the TÜV sticker and the letter F at the end of the inspection date on the DEKRA sticker indicate that the next inspection is a visual inspection
The punched letter I on the TÜV sticker and the letter I at the end of the inspection date on the DEKRA sticker indicate that the next inspection is a pressure test.
